The best thing about this fan is its unique style . There are no visible light bulbs, instead the plastic rings are illuminated by built-in LED lights. They give off a very good amount of light and look very cool. The case has a minimalist design that's also attractive, and the plastic blades, which I don't usually like, actually fit the overall aesthetic of the fan pretty well. Assembly and installation was as easy as any fan I've made, at least any remote controlled fan that adds extra wiring to the installation process. My wall panel has two switches, one for the light and one for the fan. While this block is designed for a switch plate and remote control, I wired it so that one switch controls the lights and the other controls the fan. The only downside for me is that if I turn the wall fan off and then back on, I always have to use the remote to turn the fan back on. Anyway, my only complaint about this fan is that the lowest fan speed is basically so slow as to be useless. It moves practically no air. Medium speed is what I consider low for a regular fan, high speed is high enough. I appreciate that the direction of the blades can be changed with a switch on top of the fan case. Overall I am very happy with the fan and enjoy the unique look it gives to the room.
