I live in a high rise, so carrying bulky items from places like Costco to and from the car can sometimes take several trips, especially if I've got a case of water, bag of rice, and other bulky, boxed-items to carry. This cart has been a huge help and I now only take one trip to haul groceries from the car to the house. The only one complaint I've got is the fact that it can be quite heavy to lift and place into the car, so it's not very great if you're thinking about gifting it to your elderly loved ones, and it does take up space in the car, so if you've got something that must be placed flat in the car, just know that you'll probably need to move the wagon somewhere else, or leave it at home. I've also noticed, that stacking too many heavy items will cause the wheels to squeak at some point, but a WD40 application is an easy fix to it. If you're looking for a good valuable wagon just to haul bulky items and shorten your trips to and from the car, especially if you live in a high rise or apartment building, I think this is a good choice.
