Review on WISH by Ben Barrington

I like how easy it was to use, all of our guests can easily access their reservations with this system! It has been very helpful in keeping track of guest information as well as making sure we are meeting any requests or needs they may have while staying at one of our properties.

The only thing i dislike about this program is when you try to change something such as your password/email address etc., there will be an error message pop up saying "an unexpected problem occurred" - which makes me think maybe my internet connection isn't working properly? This does not happen often but if its happening then please contact customer service because sometimes it takes them awhile to get back to us so dont keep trying over and over again until someone gets back to you. We were looking into other programs before choosing Wish (Wishnet) however after using it ourselves we realized what great.
