Two perfect cooking experiences so far
I've used this in the smoker twice now and both times the ribs and pork butt came out great once I brought them to the set temperature. A wireless monitor comes in handy because you can use it to monitor the temperature while still enjoying good air conditioning. I recommend this product.
- UP/DOWN TIMER: Tired of constantly checking the temperature of meat/products when roasting or smoking? Use the timer function to set the time/temperature and forget about it. Once the meat is cooked to the desired temperature or within the set time, the digital food probe's mobile unit will alert you that your food is ready to eat.
