Decent skirt, SIZED!
people were right to order UP, I wear jean size 4/5 and usually run small when it comes to high waisted skirts (my waist is about 25 inches) but I ordered size XL after I had read some reviews. It was a bit big for my waist but I zipped it up and it works great. It's a little above mid-thigh on me and I love it. Great stuff too!
