The way I envision Noctua
I don't have Noctua as I refuse to pay $15 for a fan, but I installed it to power my Ender 3 Pro CPU case to cool, and it whispers and dumps more air than the stock fan. You'll need a buck converter to drop the power from 24 to 12 if you want to use it that way.
