I think when I saw "Please don't leave a star - we'll fix it" on the order page, I should have chosen a different remote. But this remote looked good, had a wrist strap (which we thought would come in handy) and was a great value. I got involved. The great thing was that it wasn't shipped from China after I ordered so we didn't have to wait long to find out it wasn't working. Yes, we completely disabled ROKU, reset everything and still didn't help. I WOULD contact the company but I didn't see a way to contact them and there was no paperwork with the remote control. We are disappointed but today we will order another one from another company.
