I wanted to love this product
I hesitated to buy it because the price was much lower than elsewhere and there weren't many reviews. I used it once with no problems. But the second time I used it, when cutting, the bottom fell apart and the spring and all the internal parts came out. I tried putting it back together but after a few minutes of cutting it fell apart again. I think you get what you pay for :/
