I purchased this item and it arrived in perfect condition. It was packed perfectly. Everything about the handling of this item was good. Unfortunately, following the instructions in the booklet that came with the air conditioner didn't work no matter how hard I tried to troubleshoot why the compressor wouldn't turn on. Tried two weeks. I hated letting that thing go. That is beautiful. Calm. As a fan, it worked well. But I just couldn't get the unit to work like an air conditioner. Reluctantly I contacted the company and they are excellent at customer service. You have worked with me in every way. I'm not waiting for the UPS Call Tag to be picked up. I give this conditioner five stars because of the excellent customer service. No hassle, no hassle. And the thing is really beautiful. Disappointed but not discouraged. Thank you NINGPU for being so cute.
