Use the size chart for my opinion
The boots look great and the child loved them but he will have to wait a few years for his little brother to fit in as they are much smaller than expected.
He wears a size 3.5 and they don't fit.

- Cute boots in a bright bright color. Inside very light and soft. Seat my daughter comfortably.

- Poor quality materials used in construction
