I have made it my goal to walk 10,000 steps every day for 3 months. I have a fairly sedentary desk job, so I'm really not used to walking that much. It's been a week since I started and my legs are so sore and tired. I wanted something to soothe my feet and thought this foot spa might help. When I received the foot bath I was surprised at how big the box was. However, it's not too big to take up too much space. I really like its look - very clean and modern. I decided to use it after one of my 1 hour 30 minute walk. My feet were a bit cold so I turned them on the highest setting and it felt so good. The steam warmed my legs and made them less sore after riding the massagers. Another plus is that doing it and then exfoliating your feet is really helpful. It makes your feet so soft! I think this is a good addition to your personal grooming routine.
