I like that it is easy to use for both small businesses with only one or two employees using email/calendar but also large companies who have many people working in different locations around the country all needing access at once time! It can be confusing if you are new because there isn't much documentation available online about how everything works together. There aren't any tutorials out there either so its difficult to figure things out without asking someone else first (which doesn't always work). If your looking into this software then make sure you do some research before purchasing since they don't offer support after purchase unlike other vendors such as Microsoft Office 365 which does provide free help desk assistance when needed. We were able to easily integrate our existing Exchange Server environment from an older version of Outlook where we had multiple users accessing their calendars through various devices including mobile phones.
