I bought these for my husband while recovering from heart surgery. He wore these and most. They're roomy enough to be comfortable, but not baggy so he has to constantly adjust them. Even the buttons on the shirt didn't interfere with the cut in the chest. From my point of view, I love how easy they are to wash and dry without creasing. He loves the fact that he's comfortable and doesn't mind if anyone sees him in it, he feels like he's appropriately dressed. And I have to agree that they look neat and tidy.
