I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out which screw to tighten to keep my monitors from falling to their lowest position (although they are very light). In dozens of other reviews of this product, people complained about the same thing, but one reviewer found it out after speaking to Vivo >> they screwed the right/left screw back onto the elevation screw (at least to the north). American standards are coming). To be fair, it's (loosely) marked on the lever above the screw, but you actually have to turn the screw COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to lock the height adjustment in place. It will actually feel like you're loosening it, but for some reason, that's what actually tightens the height adjustment. Annoying UX. Otherwise, as usual, a solid Vivo product. I wish the stand was taller but I have an earlier Vivo tall stand monitor stand that looks like it has the same openings on the bottom and should be interchangeable with this model.
