Mounts to desks (up to 3" thick) with heavy duty C-clamp or optional grommet mount. Articulation & Height Adjustment - Flexible arms offer +35° to -35° tilt, 180° swivel, and 360° rotation for comfortable viewing angles. Dual pneumatic springs provide smooth height transitions by perfectly counterbalancing the weight of your monitors. Easy installation for computers and accessories

Now I'm wondering why I waited so long? I saw this on Mass Drop and decided to see how much it costs. When I found it on Revain (just a few dollars more and I would have had it the next day instead of a couple of weeks) I bought it immediately. I don't know why I thought it was double the price but now I kick myself for not doing it sooner. Hardly suited for top-down mounting on 27 " monitors.

I bought this bracket to mount 2 Dell U2717D (27") monitors top to bottom. Top-bottom is a must in my desk configuration. The biggest limitation for my use case is how high the top monitor can be mounted. At the highest possible height with this mount, my top monitor is at the lowest level I would be comfortable with, but it's still not perfect so I had to add some MDF at the top of my desk to increase the height, where i am prefer it. Of course you can spend hundreds of dollars on an ESI Ergo Arm. Or you can buy this one. After a long search I decided on the second one. You see, I had to face a unique situation as my computer desk was originally designed for professional audio production and has a vertical shelf on the back. WARNING - Read this if you are unable to keep your monitors at the correct height.

I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out which screw to tighten to keep my monitors from falling to their lowest position (although they are very light). In dozens of other reviews of this product, people complained about the same thing, but one reviewer found it out after speaking to Vivo >> they screwed the right/left screw back onto the elevation screw (at least to the north). ***UPDATE*** I contacted Vivo Support - they actually told me to turn the gas piston adjustment counter-clockwise 3-7 turns in the middle position to see if she is tight The difference between day and night is better!
