The support of our customers (internal or external) with their projects/customers are very good! I can not say anything bad about that.

Also it's easy to use for beginners as well. There isn't any downside i could think off at this moment but maybe if there was more training material available online we would be able to learn faster how things work here? Maybe some kind of tutorials videos etc.? Just try it out you will see what benefits your business has from using such an excellent product like gts central europe. We have integrated many different systems into one so now all information flows through us which makes life easier than before because everything comes together where needed without having multiple people working on each system separately.
