As long as you know how to place them correctly they are amazing and stay in place longer than anything I've ever used in my years of breastfeeding or personally. It works best if you make sure there are no air bubbles or creases and when removing, run your finger around the edge just outside the "frame". Also, preparing the area by cleaning it with an alcohol pad and allowing it to air dry (so you should always use rubbing alcohol for it to be effective) will help ensure your Tegaderm stays securely in place. This is the safest choice for sensitive skin or allergies to sticky bandages and absolutely the best choice I've ever used for cracked skin.
