For real? Computers and accessories

So I plug in the first battery pack I know to be completely dead, the light turns green and stays green. Obviously we can't get it to charge because it's charged. I tried the second with a different battery, it worked, changed forever, but it charged. Now they are both displayed in green. My opinion is that they are all cheap. Stupid for the consumer.

Pros

LED indicator Red light means charging, green light means full charge.
