Review on 🖥️ MSI Optix G27C Non-Glare LED Curved Monitor - Wide Screen 1920x1080P by Josh Mulchandani

I bought this monitor from Micro Center because they had one on sale for a little over $200 so I said damn yeah great because I was looking for a 144Hz 1080p monitor for PC gaming . It worked fine at first, but I realized that to get 144Hz, I needed a display port cable, which I didn't have. Then I went and bought one, plugged it in and changed the settings from 60hz to 144hz. Aside from gaming like web browsing or whatever, it ran smooth. Definitely a moderate change and you could definitely see a difference from my previous 60Hz monitor. But once I played a few games on it, I'd say around 2-5 minutes into a few games running mostly on high-ultra settings, I got that blue tint that other reviewers have mentioned. I even lowered the graphics settings to low-mid thinking that might change, but I had to keep changing it from 60hz back to 144hz for it to go away for a while, but then it came back. in a few minutes. For that reason I would stay away from this monitor for now, at least unless MSI fixes this issue. I didn't see much of a difference in the curve either. It is designed to draw you in so that you dive deeper into the gameplay. But I definitely didn't feel it haha, but I decided to try a curved monitor. I've also seen people complain about the backlight showing through. But I didn't see a single dead pixel on my monitor. For the price, yes, probably unbeatable. But there are some other comparable options. I ended up returning it to the Micro Center and got a smaller 24 inch Acer KG240 144Hz 1080p monitor instead, set it up the same as this MSI monitor, adjusted the color and Hz settings. Set to 144hz, played a few games with it. , and no blue cast, no bleeding, no dead pixels and cheaper in comparison
