Heavy Duty is a relative term, not absolute. A heavy-duty wheel chock should be made of hard rubber, maybe bolted tire treads or something. They are plastic, hollow and generally not heavy. They work well with the mower trailer I have so that's good. I like the common thread that connects the pairs. Since the trailer is two-axle, I use wheel chocks between the side-facing wheels. As I said, they work quite well for my purposes.
