UPDATE: Got a new brush and was told the smell was going away. it won't come off. I will order it again and hope the next one will be perfect. Ok new update - got the first one back with sticky stuff - ordered a second one. It has a tassel that is too short and I can't take it off without cutting it off. Also not in the right place. The company contacted me on Saturday. I sent them pictures and asked for a new brush and I can hear crickets. I will let you know whether or not you will send me a new brush. I really don't want to send the bag back because the bag is good but it definitely has a weird smell (it would be different if it was leather but it isn't). I hope this smell will go away with use but I haven't been able to use the bag yet because I don't know if I'll keep it or not.
