But I expect the Cuisinart product to be less delicate. Putting the lid on is a real challenge. It takes some force to snap the flaps. You have to keep the container in shape, because rubber has no rigidity. If you bend the container too much or push it too hard, it will collapse. Even if you lower and latch the lid (or latch with the valves still intact), the wait never ends. Any sideways pressure can cause the cover to detach or collapse. I only recommend this product as a gift to a chef you don't like or as a prop for a farce in the kitchen.
