Review on 💨 Heatsink Cooler PCIE Cooling - Black Pieces for Enhanced Performance by Kirk Womack

I bought a 2TB Samsung 970 PLUS SSD for my ASUS Z370 MB. The M.2 connectors are on either side of the 16-lane PCI slot used for the graphics card. I was uncomfortable with the running temperatures. According to HWiNFO64, the temperatures reached 170 degrees C (normal operation) and 80 degrees C during the benchmark test. Temperature 2 was up to 75 degrees Celsius (normal operation) and 83 degrees Celsius (control test). After installing the heatsink (which was very easy and took less than 5 minutes) the operating and control temperatures were reduced by 10-20 degrees C. See photo showing results from over an hour of normal use. Too bad I didn't take a picture without the radiator. I am very happy with the performance, the construction and (of course) the great price!
