I think this design is better than most you see on the list. Don't buy the ones with clips or those that look like it. I bought it from another brand and it slides along the length which is not possible with a thermal stick pad on top. So it's usually a heatsink with a red finned heatsink that looks and can work fine, just not as great a design as this one.
