Easy to install on a 2008 BMW 3281 e90
I installed this on my 2008 BMW 3281 e90 in about 10 minutes. Simply unscrew 6 screws with an 8mm screwdriver, pry the old filter off the tabs (easy as soon as you see it) and slide in the new one. As mentioned, there were 2 pointed pieces of plastic sticking out on the opposite side of the tabs. These appear to be artefacts of plastic manufacture and can easily be broken off or cut off to perfectly fit the filter into the housing. Excellent value for money and quality!
