Eh, not for two-year-olds.

I thought it had real bristles that move with little rubber things that don't move. You have to manually move it from right to left in one quick action. My 2 year old is definitely better off with a regular toothbrush. I hope he gets used to it, but I wouldn't recommend it to any kid who doesn't understand such things.
