These products are notorious for breaking right out of the box. The seller will not refund the money or even offer to replace it. I bought a blue 18 inch shovel. I later read that several others had the exact same problem. Cracks in the wheel arches. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before buying. I mean cheap is good right? But if you have to keep replacing it, is it really cheap? Or if it's broken, what a waste of resources. All he does is line the pockets of the rich who fill the junkyard.
