Very poor quality - black surface fries end up in food
Have used this small frying pan twice - once to reheat pizza slices and once to fry chicken breasts (only with tongs to flip). I only hand washed with a natural sponge (no abrasive). Upon inspecting the post, I noticed that the post's "finish" was chipping or wearing away. I guess I ate the missing pieces of enamel or paint. Yay! Very disappointed with the quality.
