The ability of recording your screen in real time with audio so you can share it easily for customer service or training purposes without being there yourself! It's really quite incredible how easy this tool makes things when sharing screens/video content from one person who isn't physically present at another location (or even if they are). This has been great as our staff have all had different locations throughout Australia but now we donít need them anymore since everything gets recorded through 1 computer using just Skype calls & Zoom meetings - no messengers required!! Highly recommended product especially considering its price point compared against similar competitors such as Screenhero which I've tried out previously ("good/" not enough features)! We use Sessionscam primarily within my team however do also send links across email internally where needed too ee communication etc between teams working remotely via zoom / skype meeting rooms sessionsetc.
