The description says it "fits phones with an Otterbox case or other thick case" but that doesn't apply to my S10+. with the Otterbox Commuter series chassis (which is smaller than the Defender series); it was too, too crowded which made getting in and out very difficult, almost impossible. I was concerned it was so tight it might peel off or damage the built in screen protector that comes with the phone. So I returned this one and got another one instead which turned out to be perfect, ASIN B07L2NDP5W (if you want to test this for your S10+); not too tight, not too loose, just right! While this other one doesn't state that it's compatible with the Galaxy S10+, I bought it anyway because the pictures show the exact internal dimensions, as opposed to this one which happens to be 0.6 inches thick (based on the product dimensions listed below ). this list), while the other is 0.75 inches thick, and that extra 0.15 inches made all the difference in the world. This would be too small for the Otterbox Defender Series case, as this other listing makes clear, but it fits the Commuter Series snugly. All must provide exact internal measurements above and/or with pictures as it was in the others. They either sent me the wrong one, smaller one, or the description is wrong and it's not as described.
