I think this is a great ergonomic office chair in this price range. I'm 5'10" and 125 pounds and the chair's curve is very good for my lower back. Before Covid I used a $1400 office chair in the office where I worked, I have to compare it to that too Pros: - It should fit the average male back - Height adjustable - I sit comfortably 16 hours a day - It's very cheap Cons: - Doesn't recline very much - Arms don't rotate (but they are height adjustable) - Construction The quality is poor and I feel that the parts do not fit as they should.So I hope that one day the chair will not accidentally break.The wheels roll too easily and cannot be locked. It's very squeaky and can disturb nearby people in other rooms.Overall, although it has its issues, I'm giving it 5 stars just because of the price.A good office chair costs between 300 and 500 euros.That's less than di a half. I sit comfortably all day (office work during the day, gamers at night) and I truly believe it will help keep my back in a healthy position. I might consider an upgrade because the noise is a bit big, but I keep my 5 star rating solid.
