Review on TECI by Matthew Frandsen

The customer support I received from TECI's online store after placing an order for several plumbing tools was less than satisfactory. Due to the late arrival of the items as well as improper packaging, some of the items were broken when they were delivered. After I contacted customer support, the representatives were unhelpful and unapologetic, and they declined to provide me with a refund or an exchange. In general, I had a very poor experience with TECI, and I would not suggest their products or services to anyone searching for dependable plumbing tools and accoutrements.
