I am a Beautician and I deal with everyone Skin day but I still had old acne spots, I read a lot in new aesthetics magazines about L-lysine (my acne is hormonal and I recommend women who think they have hormonal acne do a hormonal panel it might jprmonal but it could be something else and there are several hormones that can cause acne in women but you've only heard of androgens (testosterone causing it) anyway I was skeptical so like so many things that don't work, show yourself in beauty.. all the time, relevant and internal, i'm glad i ate these thoughts.. i've been using it since june 4th and my PIH has already decreased and my melasma is gone (kids! lol) If you have active breakouts If you have pimples and scars or other skin issues you must try this. Being an amino acid (protein building block) it promotes the formation of collagen and elastin which is good for our skin even if As we get older, we lose the ability to sculpt both of those things quickly and efficiently, leaving us with wrinkles, lines, and sagging.
