These shoes are really comfortable for walking, shopping etc. They are listed as "running shoes" but I honestly don't think they would provide enough support as running shoes. I've only worn them a couple of times, don't know how long the memory foam will cushion the sole, hopefully it lasts. I didn't buy them to use as running shoes, I bought them because I tried on a few of my friends and found them to be incredibly comfortable. If you are looking for comfort, it will be difficult to find more comfortable shoes. If you are looking for running shoes, I would be careful.
