I don't know why it took so long to get the steamer. I've needed this in my life for all those delicate or hand wash only items that I'm afraid the iron will damage. Not to mention that steaming is a lot quicker and easier than ironing. with a similar result! This works perfectly, is easy to use and comes with a nice drawstring pouch for storage or travel. After I turned on the power, it only took about 1-2 minutes for strong vapor. Just don't let your hands get in the way of the rising steam, which gets pretty hot. It took me less than 5 minutes to steam a long cardigan. I am very satisfied with the result and this steamer. Highly recommended!
