Doesn't Stay Charged Very Long

This fan is the perfect size. We love flexible legs. Bought for my daughter for a stroller for outdoor trips. But the charge doesn't last long, only a couple of hours. Also, it's supposed to have a 2 year warranty, but I've tried activating it and every time it says my code is wrong. I contacted the seller and they replied that they fixed the problem, I tried activating it again but it still didn't work. I contacted the seller again and asked for help but received no response.

Pros

Long Runtime - Battery powered cooling fan, built-in 2000mah rechargeable battery, 3 hours quick charge, normal operation can last 2-8 hours depending on 3 different speeds. The rechargeable portable fan can be powered by USB interface. Computer, USB charger, power bank, car chargers. A must for you and your kids after Disneyland, Zoo and Park.
