great slider. For a non-motorized slider at this price point, it couldn't get any better. I'm a DIY enthusiast and after evaluating the parts to make my own linear bearings and rails it was even cheaper and I'm glad I got this one instead. This is much better quality than I expected for less than $60. I like that it has a grippy bottom bracket and bearing rather than a friction motion. Runs very tight and smooth. I've only used this with GoPros and iPhones so can't comment on heavier DSLRs, but with a good mount there shouldn't be any hesitation. It also has a deep track. So if you want to motor it yourself (like I plan to do) you can put the timing belt under the bottom bracket. I highly recommend this slider.
