My POS. The trigger is useless; heats up immediately after connection if the contacts are mounted correctly. For this to happen you will need to tighten the set screws which will loosen. I bought it for lacrosse sticks and various nylon ropes. I have used it twice and want to return this piece of junk. Maybe I had a coincidence, but I would keep looking. This goes straight into the trash as soon as it cools down. It makes me angry that I could spend that money on a real product and not try to go cheaper.
