Used this trim for a rental - easy to install - it will stretch a bit when installed so be aware when pre-cutting. White is a really weird color that argues about its coloring. I was able to pull it out and refill it a few times with no problem. The only negative is that I just had to let it sit for a few days and wait for all the travel cutouts to "pop" out of the foam.
