Produces fairly dry pulp and works quickly, may foam when working with softer fruit/veg or wheatgrass, needs frequent cleaning, and gutter out Plastic is a big disappointment with the tiny gaps and small screen that lets the pulp through. I bought the GSE 15 years ago. How is the company going downhill in product design? The old one had no leaks and is still plastic but feels more durable. Advantages: All gears are made of stainless steel. Cons: Pretty much everything else. I wish I could afford a $1,700 Angel Pro Deluxe Juicer. It's better than cheaper juicers, but if you want the best juicer, keep looking. Perhaps they should make a stainless steel option for the inner cases or, as an aftermarket product, redesign the screens and case. I would give at least 4 stars.
