Review on Ultimate Plantar Fasciitis Compression Support for Active Men: Sport Clothing by Drew Panah

Approved for picky sock wearers

I'm a 6 foot tall athletic woman in her third trimester and needed to upgrade my compression stockings. I wear them every night during workouts and before bed to improve circulation and reduce swelling. I have intermittent plantar fasciitis in one foot due to a torn Achilles tendon in the other foot many years ago. So I'm thinking about tendon health and good compression is essential for my legs to function. I've been wearing Adidas climalite compression socks for many years but decided to give it a try. The material is much thinner than I expected based on my love for my currently worn out socks. I didn't want to try them on at first, but I took the plunge. The compression is AMAZING. Within half an hour, my nighttime water retention was so reduced that my ankle broke. In the morning I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to adjust the height of my socks or have crazy dents in my legs because the top is too tight. These socks were also great to train in, but it takes a bit of fiddling to find the perfect toe position. I'm on the verge of the two sizes available and due to my shoe size (men's 8.5) I went for the large. A smaller size would do me good. This size slips off or slides over the toes which is very annoying. The stitching throughout the sock is well done and not tiring at all and so far the socks have survived washing and drying. In summary, these are excellent compression stockings. I would have preferred a thicker material and more sizing options but I am very happy with the quality and composition of these socks.
