It is very convenient that you don't have to buckle and unbuckle the belt all the time. Doesn't sound like much, but it depends on how many trips to the toilet you make in a day. I love it when the buckle doesn't cut into my "muffin top"! This works best on pants that are just a little loose. If they are too big, the material will wrinkle and make it difficult to hold the belt between the loops (just like a regular belt, but it spreads across the entire waist, not just 2/3). The strap doesn't seem to stretch. I've been wearing it for 3 days now and have never pulled it up. 2 packs of brown and black was just what I needed.
