Pros: - Noticeably softer leather - Feels clean (definitely more natural than others I've tried) Cons: - There should be more information on the label about the claims (environmentally friendly, no harmful chemicals etc.) - the smell is the same as with all other leather cleaners. Why!? No smell would be better. - Streaks on the plastic trim pieces that require a lot of work to make everything look smooth. - Don't make the mistake of using it on exterior trim - it doesn't like water and leaves streaks. Overall I would definitely recommend it for leather if it's truly "eco-friendly with no harmful chemicals". Otherwise it doesn't seem to be better or worse than other brands.
