I bought this air purifier for my parents. They love it. It looks beautiful and is easy to use. I give this product 1 star because the replacement filters are $90 and are only available from Revain. The manufacturer recommends changing the filter every 6 months. Rather than paying for 2 replacement filters a year I will most likely buy my parents another product with a cheaper replacement filter cost. *UPDATE* The company contacted me to address my concerns about the high cost of a replacement filter. Since then the replacement cost has dropped by 12% and they sent me a filter for free. My parents are happy with this result and now consider it a 4 star product. Also, I've been able to find a replacement filter in stock more often, and the original filter still works fine. I appreciate how easy it was to work with this company and how they solved my filtering issues.
