Unacceptable Script Quality and Inadequate Communication Leading to Cancellation.
We recently engaged in collaboration with Creamy Animation for an animation video project, and it was a disheartening experience. The script was of poor quality, with no storyline, and they just rewrote the bullets we gave them to focus on.
The lack of communication further exacerbated the situation. Despite our efforts to discuss the script and provide constructive feedback, we were met with delayed responses and vague answers. This unresponsiveness led us to cancel the project and request a refund. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive the promised reimbursement after more than 2 months from the cancellation request and approval.
Given our experience with the substandard script and poor communication, we advise avoiding working with Creamy Animation for any animation projects.
