Great way t0 build long term relationships using Insightful Data

I like that Omni Customer Intelligence Engine allows us to track every single transaction with our customers across all channels (Online & Offline). It also provides insights into each of these interactions which helps improve future engagement strategies for B2B sales teams! The UI could be more intuitive - would love if you can drag-drop items rather than having to click through multiple pages in order get what i need done!! Would definitely recommend this tool as its helped me understand my clients better by tracking their journey from initial contact right up until close or renewal date.- Understanding client behaviour at different stages during an account lifecycle.

  • Great customer support team who are very helpful when it comes down finding information / documentation about how features work etc, but they have been great throughout
