Great customer support team who are very helpful when it comes down finding information / documentation about how features work etc, but they have been great throughout
I love how easy this tool makes my job easier when interacting with customers or solving problems that they have! We use this primarily for our call center but you can also get more insights from your website traffic if needed as well in order to improve user experience. It's hard sometimes tracking down issues without having access to their account information when troubleshooting online so using Customer Intelligence helps us find all of the necessary details at once time which saves me tons…
