This phone is garbage. Don't waste your time and money. 1) The distance between the poles it needs to be mounted to is smaller than the actual standard wall mount found in most homes (house=4" center, phone about 3" center), so only one Pole can be used, making it unstable on the wall. 2) The cable that goes into the back of the phone and then into the wall is MUCH longer than the space the device allows to roll up (so the end of the cable is hanging from the back of the phone and off the wall). 3) THE LAST STRAW. The handset is meant to be held in place by a small plastic plate that slides up the stand, but when you put the handset down, that small piece of plastic falls off too and the handset falls off. Strange!
