That's because this belt doesn't stretch. Which is extremely important to me if your job and real construction job doesn't have to pull my pants up every 2 seconds. And when my tools are dangling from something nice and strong, it doesn't look like it's interfering with circulation because I'm holding it so tight. The only thing I'm really not happy with is that they had to say it doesn't fit regular pants, maybe they did, I didn't see that it absolutely doesn't fit through the loopholes of regular pants, you must it remove the buckle and lace it around then do it like this and this is how i should tighten it. This rule is really frustrating because yes it's a 2 inch belt but the buckle is bigger. After all I have to wear it on a long trip to have a belt that lasts all day so I didn't order another belt and they kept this one because it's pretty cool.
