They work great for me! However
They fit me perfectly! However, as I have read in other comments, once bent they cannot be closed again. I can imagine things could fall over as a result, but my clothes are too thick for that, so it doesn't bother me. They can be difficult to open and reach, so I recommend having pliers with you. (I used round nose pliers) which I saw in the tutorial video (yes I had enough trouble finding the tutorial)! All in all, these split rings are perfect for my projects.
